Yep, my story is not as uncommon as I thought! I've met so many women who are consistently tired; who's hormones seem either non-existent or all over the place; who can't seem to lose weight; who have put up with painful bloating for years because they thought it was normal; and who were just as confused and overwhelmed as I was by the copious amounts of conflicting information on what constitutes optimal health.
I see you ladies. I get it. And I'm here to say you don't have to put up with it if you're willing to make some changes. Small, incremental, but sustainable changes with a simple program, nutrient dense products, real food, supportive mentors doing the work with you, and a holistic approach. If I can, I know you can too.
I'm still a work in progress, still making small changes, but I've found so much JOY and FREEDOM in taking care of myself from the inside out - mind, body and soul. And these are feelings I would never once associate with health, especially not with the sudden, dramatic and tedious do NOT do lists I was faced with 5 years ago.
