INSIDE OUT HEALTH
Walking daily soaking in the blue sky with a soul-speaking Audible book in my ears is one of my favourite ways to stretch the desk legs and switch my mind to expansion mode rather than the distraction mode it lives in 80% of the day thanks to the nature of my social businesses. Some fascinating reads I've absorbed lately include Becoming Supernatural by Dispenza, Ask and It Is Given by Ester and Jerry Hicks, Witch and Love Your Lady Landscape both by Lister Lister, and in paper form, I'm pouring over Moonology by Yasmin Boland. “Feeling good equals allowing the connection; feeling bad equals not allowing the connection —feeling bad equals resisting the connection to your Source.” To honour my temple and keep my third eye open, I'm choosing greens over cheese, have cut way back on wine time, take a greens, multivitamin and ACV booster shot each day, as well as a mind health drink, omega 3 and other plant based supplements for optimal health. My digestion has improved, my hair, skin and nails are happier than ever, and I speak loving kindness over my everything I ingest and over the beautiful vessel that is my body. RITUAL BATHSStay with me. A bath can be a ritual because it's a regular occurrence and done as a cleansing or detoxing type of experience. Essentially, that's what all forms of bathing are and always have been, but they can be made all the more special, soothing and yes, totally healing, with a few added steps. I love baths and if I could have one diva demand for the rest of my life it would be that every home I live in from here on out has a bath. After a big day or at the start of a self care session, scorching hot or luke warm, bubbly, salty or still, baths can be super relaxing and restoring. I light candles - always - add good old not-so-basic Epsom Salts (magnesium) if I want to wash away bad energies (mine or those I've empathically picked up throughout the day); apple cider vinegar for a deep detoxifier, albeit a little stinky; or my favourite turmeric, lavender and citrus extract bath salts. Lay there in silence for 15-30 minutes or enforce peace with noise cancelling headphones and a guided meditation. Focus on 100 deep belly breaths where you feel your stomach and lungs expand and contract fully and use a sponge to imagine everything you need to let go washing off you in downward strokes. To save water (please do this wherever you are, not just in Australia!) I empty as much water onto non edible plants as possible and then as you watch what's left gurgle down the plug hole, affirm that all that was weighing you down is now gone and you are cleansed and clear to move powerfully forward. SETTING THE SCENE WITH SCENT & SOUNDNot just a sucker for a gorgeous candle, scents in general play an important part in my spiritual daily routine and are easy to execute (almost) anywhere. A quick spritz of chakra balancing mist, a little roll of essential oils on my neck (or stomach, or temples, wrist depending on the need), or burning incense or sage for cleaning, clearing, resetting or meditation all play a part. Add Rebecca Campell's Rise Sister Rise Playlist or Native American Flute Music to mix and I'm transported. Music, and sometimes the silence of simply having my headphones in, helps me concentrate when I'm working or disconnect when I'm not. Finding the sounds and scents that activate and affect you for various moods is a fun process and one well worth investigating! CRYSTAL COLLECTION APPRECIATION & APPLICATION
I cleanse them with water, thought blessings and the light of the full moon, and I really don't get too hung up on what is technically right or wrong, just what feels right for me at the time. Some of my favourite pieces were given to me or chosen by me during times that felt the hardest but were actually major leveling up moments in my life. If you're wanting to harness the magical and beautiful gifts of the earth in an easy and non-threatening way, get thee to your nearest gemstone dealer, pick a piece that speaks to you, and simply pray with it each day. TAROT TEACHINGSSame goes with tarot, angel and oracle cards...go with the flow and use them when and how you best feel called to. I have the Starchild tarot, Work Your Light oracle deck, Ask an Angel, and the new Starseed oracle cards and use them interchangeably as I feel fit. And I don't obsess, I simply use them when I need a little more of a nudge to trust my own quiet guidance. Remember, they are the tools, you are the truth. Stay in your power and you will find health, healing and happiness in collaboration with your soul supplies, rather than relying on a clutch. DOING MY PART IN THE PRACTICEArguably the most important part of my spiritual practice is that that I must actively do - the mediation, affirmations, journaling, and creation of my artworks and life's work. I feel centered, calm, clear, and charged when I meditate in the morning, affirm throughout the day, journal at night and get stuff done. I have designed my life to align with my values and allow me to pursue my passions. The art of play to make beautiful and doing the work of coaching, inspiring and leading others sparks joy and makes me feel alive, so I do more of that wherever I can. When I do, opportunities abound, miracles make known, the universe has my back and I attract the high vibe tribe I need and desire. This all starts with my part in the practice...and it's the practice that makes it possible. I get that it might seem like a lot to introduce at once - so don't. Start where you are, with what you have and a heart-led vision of who you are becoming. “You create a path of your own by looking within yourself and listening to your soul, cultivating your own ways of experiencing the sacred and then practicing it. Practicing until you make it a song that sings you.”

My philosophy is that not only are you responsible for your life, but doing the best at this moment puts you I the best place for the next moment.
2. FAITH IT ‘TIL YOU MAKE ITOn a similar note, fake faith that confidence! You may feel like an anxious mess inside, but by portraying confidence on the outside, people will start to see you this way. This will have a positive effect on you and, in time, you will start seeing yourself in the same way others do. This is known as a self-fulfilling prophecy - your mind is your superpower! Put a smile on your face, keep going even if things start to appear uncertain, stand tall, energetically fill up a space, and try to remember a time where you felt more confident and externalise this feeling. According to a study in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, channeling a moment when you were genuinely captivating can make you feel (and as a result, act) more confidently. Over time, this will begin to become a habit, and you will find that you’re no longer faking it, but it's how you actually feel. Confidence isn't a dirty word, btw. Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.
4. USE AN ANCHORConfidence is a psychological tool that can help you work better and feel stronger. By creating a psychological anchor, you can help to re-centre yourself when you feel like you’re in shaky territory. For example, every time you feel confident, create and use an anchor like clicking your fingers to reinforce the feeling (this is my personal fave as it can be done pretty discreetly too). Soon, this feeling will become a habit. When you’re feeling nervous, take a moment to use the anchor of your choice and soon your body will automatically react by kicking in with more sureness in your step and spirit. Intentionally use this anchor until it rewires the pathways in your brain to be as natural as breathing. It's one of the best things you can do for yourself, and when it comes to creating courage on cue, can be extremely value career-wise too. CONFIDENCE BOOSTING COLOUR5. PRACTICE IN A MIRRORConfidence is a mental attitude. However, it is easy to tell if someone isn’t feeling confident through their physical appearance. For example, they may slouch, avoid eye contact, and look like they are trying to blend into the background. To avoid this, practice talking while standing in front of a mirror, or take a video of yourself. Take note of the way you stand, where you are looking when you speak, your hand gestures and whether you do other small, uncertain gestures. For example, do you fidget, or look down often? Once you identify these, practice a little every day and try to eliminate the unconfident cues and replace them with more confident ones. These little things will help you appear more assured to others and boost your self-esteem as you see them respond positively. As social psychologist and body language researcher Amy Cuddy explains in her TED Talk, your posture can also increase confidence-boosting testosterone in the body and be a potential indicator of success. How cool is that! So when you walk past a mirror today, strike your favourite superhero pose and claim those powers as your own! Here's to your success, sis, you got this! x *This post first appeared on samanthawaters, com.au

But as amazing as it is to be such an accomplished list maker and deadline creator, I've come to realise that less really can be more when it comes to setting worthwhile goals and actually getting them. So in saying that, here's a few simple keys I've learnt as a life-long #goaly to set them and get them with more success and less stress, self-sabotage and stalling: GO DEEPGo deep into the why and into picturing how the goal looks and feels to help it stick in your soul!
"We will always do more to achieve things that are deeply meaningful to us. When those meanings involve things like family, freedom, security, country and love, we'll go out of our way to see things through. We won't throw in that proverbial towel and give up after we hit a few stumbling blocks or fail repeatedly." GO LONGThe short term goals all add up to a long term goal, so enjoy the journey on the way by identifying the short and making a habits of reaching them in consistent hits like every day or every week. They are the habits that compound into greatness. And keep your head in the game. Stay focused on you and your journey without killing productivity by comparison disguised as 'inspiration!'
“Isn't it time to stop wishing, complaining, making excuses and pointing finger? Your destiny calls for you to give your dream the actions that it desperately needs. Dig deep to discover your hidden abilities and strength to always persevere.” GO BIGIt's cool to keep raising the bar on your goals, and often it's a natural occurrence as momentum picks up, just be sure to fully acknowledge (deeply) each new level. This will likely keep you fulfilled enough and hungry enough to enjoy the process with perspective and not loose your mind along the way! Lowering the bar shouldn't be an option if you've GONE DEEP and GONE LONG btw, so every piece plays an important part.
“The greater danger for most of us isn’t that our aim is too high and miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it." What are your goals right now? Do they need a reset, a boost, or do you need to start celebrating the steps you've done so far to achieve them? Share them below and let's cheer each other on! x Got a big goal you want to achieve but don't know how?

It's about time you took another look at network marketing. Or a first look. Why? It's come a long way and so have you. And no doubt, you still have a ways to go on this journey of living your dream life and leaving a legacy of inspirational impact. Plus, here's just 3 ways network marketing might just be the smartest and fastest route to your success that you never really considered before. 1. You're Doing it Anyway So You May As Well Get Paid For It
Find something you can get behind, fall in love with, share with conviction and originality...and get paid for! In fact, it's likely you already have a degree of influence and it's highly likely you've recommended something someone else should try and they've tried it because you said so. 'Game of Thrones is the best show on the planet, you have to watch it!' 'Oh my tastebuds, you have got to try that Acai bowl down the road, it's the best!' 'Thanks, I got it from Topshop, you should check it out, they have the warmest jackets and it's totally your style.' Yeah, look at you SHARING with conviction! Yeah, look at NONE of the profits you just sent that companies way coming back to you! Uh huh. In it's most basic form, network marketing is sharing something of benefit to another and getting paid for the recommendation. And you do it for free all the dang time. 2. A Side Hustle Can Be Smart, Not ScaryOK, so the likes of Gary Vee et al spruik the benefits of side hustles for creating choice and financial sustainability no matter the economic climate. I'm no financial adviser or foreseer of the future, but what I can say on side hustles, is they work if you do and they don't have to be as scary as they sound. Side hustle. Like, sometimes we barely have time for the main let alone the side and the hustle part.... it can all sound seriously exhausting. But get yourself truly educated and stop inflating the 'work' that you need to put in to make a network marketing business work for you. Instead, compare it to the jobs you've had or currently have, or in my case, I often compare it to my traditional businesses and remember I'm not stuck, this is not hard, and just get on with following the system. Call network marketing businesses a 'business in a box' if you wish, but most smart and ethical companies come pre-setup with websites, your own online dashboard, inventory, payment channels and logistics sorted for you so you don't have to spend time and money building these from scratch. And systems. I wrote the entire Policies, Procedures and Health and Safety manuals, trainings and systems for everything from customer service to how to fire someone for our first traditional business. It took a YEAR and several certifications later. Turn an expense into an income with products you didn't have to formulate, manufacture or even deliver yourself and that are consumable products that everyone uses. Find an income stream business vehicle that is ready for you to essentially open; that is future-proof because it has a great product people actually want; that has a supportive, fair and fun culture, and get started on the work of building it on the side of whatever else you do by following their systems. Commit, develop, do, and change what isn't working in your life with the results you get from doing so. That is smart. 3. Your Dream Life is Worth Thinking Differently For...
Your goal of becoming a writer, starting your own clothing company, or travelling the world teaching history may never happen without the time and financial freedom to do so. Network Marketing businesses - when built smartly and sustainably - can produce that vehicle of time and income to make your dreams actually happen. Of course, you could be frozen by fear and doubt and not change anything, stay where you are, and possibly watch as someone else lives your best life, or you could decide to think differently, be coachable, and do it anyway. Start where you are with what you have and great business model and product you love. Start believing in something better and be committed to finding it and resilient enough to work at it, with it and perhaps for little return initially (because, compounding income!), so that you can live with a lot in time. The time will pass anyway, and like I keep saying, it might not take as long as you think! Rethinking network marketing? Maybe the Arbonne business is for you.

Spend the day alone, smiling and laughing at yourself and the thoughts that come up, and have fun in your own company. You will come back feeling so much happier, and knowing you'll be just fine to do it again. 2. TRAVEL SOLOSometimes the only way to truly learn about who you are is to take yourself away from your comfort zone and try something completely new. If you want to get away from the noise of the rest of the world for a while, book yourself a trip to somewhere you know you can relax. It will be the ideal opportunity to explore (both yourself and the environment), enjoy the fresh air and really start to appreciate who you are. Anyone who has traveled solo will likely tell you just how much you can learn and love about yourself in doing so, and how proud they are that they did it! 3. FORGIVE YOURSELFOne of the main things which will often hang over our heads is the mistakes we have made throughout our lives. If you feel as if all you ever do is make mistakes and you blame yourself for everything, a change of perspective can set you free. At the end of the day, everyone in the world makes mistakes, and these mistakes and experiences form part of who we are. You wouldn’t be who you are without these experiences, and you need to learn to take them with you and let them make you a stronger person. Try repeating the mantra 'I love and forgive myself and I move forward powerfully' each time the feelings of shame or guilt of your mistakes creeps in.
5. WRITE IT DOWNJournaling is an incredibly effective way to let out your emotions and express how you are feeling. It is a sort of therapy which can calm the soul and allow you to really take stock of your day and any issues or questions you might have coming up time and time again. If you are stressed and worried about people or circumstances in life, free writing in a journal can be a way to cope and a way to open up without talking to people about it right away. Allow yourself time each day to give this kindness and release to yourself and see how it transforms your thoughts, decision making and confidence. 6. STOP COMPARING YOURSELFComparing yourself to other people is so often a toxic behaviour that breeds envy and a feeling of inadequacy. If you constantly look at images or the lives of other people and compare yourself to then, it can spiral a chain of thoughts about anything from losing weight, buying things you don't really need or afford, or other extreme moves. It's an unhealthy way to live when you are trying to be someone that you are not, and distracts you from doing what you truly love that often results in loving yourself for you and achieving your own version of success. Stop the extreme comparisons and start focusing on the things you love about yourself, doing more of those to the best of your ability in ways that make you happy. And remember that whether you know it or not, there's probably someone looking at you, wishing they were more like you, and admiring your true you! 7. SAY NO TO OTHERSFar too many of us spend our lives trying to please everyone else without a second thought to our own well-being. If you truly want to be happy and you want to love yourself as a person you need to start putting yourself first. If people try to take up all of your time for their needs, you have to learn how to say no once in a while, or at least make compromises that they will help you out with something too. You can be a kind and compassionate person without giving up your sense of self and need for self love. You cannot give from an empty tank - so give to yourself first using the methods discussed here and you may find you have more to give to right people, causes or concerns. And never let anyone stop you from pursuing your dreams. 8. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTSDo you have a tendency to be harder on yourself than anyone else? Do you believe you aren’t good enough to find love/achieve your goal/do that amazing thing? To stop this behaviour right now, start to think about your accomplishments and the things you have done well. What have you done which you are proud of?Have you sung in front of an audience? Got an award? Tried something crazy? Been a terrific friend? Any of these things can make you feel strong, brave and worthy of your own love. Note them in your phone whenever you think of them and refer back to them when feelings of unworthiness try to shake you or stop you. 9. MAKE A VISION BOARDIf you want to motivate yourself towards something great, you can create what’s called a vision board of collaged images of places you want to travel, things you want to do, and how you want to feel etc. Hang it somewhere that you will see every single day as a great motivator for you to get off your butt and do something towards your goals. And whenever you glimpse a goal on that board do a little happy dance, give yourself a high five or click your fingers to ignite the emotion of you already having achieved those things. You can also use your vision board powerfully in meditations and keep a screen shot on your phone for an on-the-go reminder of your best life! “When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life.” 10. DO THAT CLASS, COURSE OR CRAFTTaking up a class, course, or craft that you've always wanted to do can give you fresh inspiration for self loving, life loving, new friends, and new inspiration. Find a hobby or pursuit that you love to practice every week, or take this opportunity to try a new one that challenges you. Things such as trampolining, hiking, painting, yoga or baking can be great hobbies to try with others that will also allow you to spend time with yourself and learn new things about your skills and loves. Jump online and find out what's on offer in your area, and give something a go with gusto! What's your self-love story? Let us know in the comments below. And here's to your beautiful, capable, unique self. x Want to challenge yourself, change your life, and reward yourself?
