15 To Do's This Month That Will Change Your Life

20/2/2018

Comments

So it's month 3 of 12 and if you're considering calling it quits on your goals and dreams that seemed so real for 2018 2 months ago...think again.

A lot can happen in a day. A lot more can happen in a month. And March is as good a time as ever to actually put some of those oh-so-worthy dreams into creation. An action a day CAN make your dreams come true, and totally CAN change your life.

I can't promise it will be painless, but you already know in your heart that it will be worth it.
Are you ready? It's time.

  1. Decide that it really is time for you to get/do/be and have everything you've ever wanted and shut the back door on excuses, procrastination and caring too much about what everyone might think of you for being successful / thinking different / having a red hot crack at life. Realise it's cooler and so much more fun to be in the do-ing of be-ing instead of being one of the sideline boring judgy-green-eyed monsters. Decide you and your dreams are worth it, and with that this month really will be the platform into the greatest journey
  2. Get organised, like really. Do a clean up, get a diary, schedule your life stuff in and work out where your 'nooks and crannies' are for dream-doing and goal-getting.
  3. Create a 5 year plan/dream life vision board, putting all your good intentions into it. Stick it somewhere you will see it every single day - like directly opposite your bed so when you wake up it's the first thing you see.
  4. Now break down your top 3 goals to achieve for the next 12 months, your top two for the next 2 years, and the #1 goal to achieve in the next 5 years. Identify what the 'end result' looks like and work backwards. "To get that what do I need to do?" "And to do that what needs to be done?" And so on.... Be sure to identity your milestones - the big moments where an action will result in the achievement of one of your top 3, top 2, and of course, your big driving goal. Celebrate milestones with a nice dinner, new pair of shoes, a long bath and a sleep in, or...a good old party! Sharing your wins will inspire others to change their life too and can give you even greater motivation to keep going.
  5. Read positive abundant affirmations aloud every day. Heck, stick some of your  faves on post-it-notes all over your house to remind you that life is actually amazing. "Gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder." GK Chesterton
  6. Create another income stream by starting your own Arbonne business. Decide to see it as the lifetime legacy-building leverage that it is. Get educated on how to grow it smartly, simply and with heart, and bring your own personality to it.
  7. Invest in yourself. Back yourself. And congratulate yourself for doing so; for building a business and taking control of your life; for daring to dream big; and for allowing yourself to be a coachable beginner on the way to greatness!
  8. Go clean and green for a full body reset with the 30 Days to Healthy Living Program.
  9. Do the same with your skin and commit to 30 Days of Healthy Looking Skin.
  10. Now's a good time to do a clean-out of your closet, beauty cabinet, pantry and office. Toss what is no longer fitting you, serving you or inspiring you. You're making space for the better, the new and the best on its way.
  11. Same goes for social media and relationships. Quietly eliminate those who consistently bring you down, bully or bash your ideas, quirks, and beautiful self. You don't need energy vampires where you are going.
  12. Read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kioyaski. And if you've read that read his 'The Business of the 21st Century.' Give it to someone you know would find it valuable when you're finished.
  13. #GSD. Dedicate focused and deliberate 20 minute chunks of time to get done what you said you'd get done - making sure it's the income-producing, relationship-building, life-affirming stuff that really matters. Fluffing, gossiping, and scrolling aimlessly don't count.

14. Find an event in your area and go to talk to people. Meeting new people is enlightening and enlivening, and you never know, you might be meeting a new friend for life. Repeat weekly.
15. Regularly check in with your goals, check in with a mentor, coach or upline and make sure your milestones are met, your mindset is supported and your expectations are managed. It's honest self awareness and having the right tribe around you that helps you find your perfect blend of 'doing enough' and 'knowing when to rest and recoup.'
You are limitless. You are unique and amazingly capable of many great feats. You are also human. Changing your life starts with changing your mind. It can be a journey, but it can definitely start right now.
Stay focused. Stay the course. Connect and stay supported.
We're rooting for you!
PS. Feel free to share this (with love) with anyone who's fence-sitting on their potential.
